A proposal for the city of São Paulo includes re-densifying mixed-use developments through strategic, long-term planning as well as a staged re-development of public infrastructure for transport, community and ecology.

 

The overall precinct plan provides opportunity for considerate developments under a structured framework. The project presents opportunities for public social spaces-these spaces increase the sense of community + allow for a healthy lifestyle.

 

Essential to this project + future developments in Sao Paulo is re-presenting culture + heritage in built spaces - retaining history + adding community qualities to spaces. As well as this, opportunities will be provided for local economic prosperity through space for boutique markets retailers on-site. This gives residents the freedom to work, live + play within the site.
